Frankfurt, February 24, 2011 – The Yes or No early pregnancy test has been voted “Medical Product of the Year 2011” by Germany’s pharmacists. This is the result of a representative survey by the Bundesverband Deutscher Apotheker eV (BVDA), which was carried out in the third quarter of 2010.
In the survey, the frequency of recommending over-the-counter preparations is recorded in different categories. Yes or No took first place in the pregnancy test category with 51 percent. The result can be read in the “Handbook for recommendations in self-medication – Medicines and health products of the year 2011”.
“We are very pleased with the result and show that pharmacists are convinced of the quality of our product. Because Yes or No is the early pregnancy test with the highest sensitivity on the market. This gives pharmacy customers the maximum possible security. In addition, our test has the longest shelf life of up to 38 months, ” says Knut Butzinger, Managing Director of MedVec international.
